Cypriot investment fund CYREIT has announced the sale of Irida Tower, one of Larnaca's most impressive office buildings.
The tower, which is the second tallest commercial building in the city, is one of the tallest office developments in Cyprus.
Irida Tower is a modern, 14-storey, oval-shaped business centre that rises to a height of 52 metres. It was built in 2012 and has since become a symbol of Larnaca's business district.
