The European University of Cyprus (EUC) has announced the launch of the third phase of the EUC Startup Program powered by Microsoft, in collaboration with technology giant Microsoft.
The initiative aims to support ten start-up companies from all over Cyprus.
As part of the scheme, they will be provided with a specialized training and mentoring package for one year (all for free). According to EUC representatives, the main objective of the program is to enable Cypriot startup founders to properly enter the global market and achieve their business goals.
In particular, the scheme will help accelerate the growth of young companies through a specially designed package combining training, guidance, and mentoring, which are essential elements for any new business in the early stages of development.

Under the terms of the program, founders of participating startups will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior executives from thirteen major companies.
By the way, EUC's innovative partners include BSM Cyprus, CNP Cyprus, CYTA, ExxonMobil, EY, Gnomi, GrantXpert Consulting, Hellenic Bank, IMH, Logicom, Microsoft, NetU, and NewCyTech. In addition, the program is also supported by the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In addition, Cypriot startups will have access to unique privileges that Microsoft provides: OpenAI GPT-4 through Azure, free Azure credits, meetings with Microsoft experts and much more. Mentors will be assigned to all the startups selected as part of the third phase of the scheme. They will provide young companies with the opportunity to work closely together to further develop their business ideas and successfully bring new products or services to the market.
Everyone can apply for participation until March 31, 2024. For more information about the program, call 22 669266 or email Stephanie Theophanous at start@euc.ac.cy.
