The end of 2020 in the Cyprus property market was marked by a large deal.
In the center of Nicosia, one of the most famous buildings was sold, which until 2013 served as the headquarters for RAI, and then leased to AC Nielsen.
The new owner of the skyscraper is a well-known insurance company based in Cyprus. It acquired the capital property as an investment.
By the way, the building was sold for EUR 5 million.
It is expected that all the details of the concluded purchase and sale agreement will become known in the coming days. In the meantime, it was announced that the deal was accompanied by Andy Telemachos of React Estate Agents.
By the way, this sale has once again confirmed that the Cyprus property market is showing positive dynamics and, most likely, all experts' forecasts regarding the rapid recovery of the sector in 2021 will come true.
