Work on the Marco Polo luxury skyscraper in Limassol has entered the final phase.
This was announced the other day by the contractor company.
Most of the scaffolding has already been removed, the workers are actively engaged in the arrangement of internal premises and the surrounding area. Marco Polo tower is tilted by more than 20 degrees, which gives it a special appearance. The project was developed by the UHA London office in collaboration with Economides + Akkelidou Architects.
The building is located in one of the city's most up-and-coming and popular areas for living, Parekklisia. It is within walking distance of a chic beach and sea, a yacht harbor, numerous cafes and restaurants, stores, and pharmacies.
The skyscraper has 12 floors, with 22 luxury residences of 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms, as well as duplexes and penthouses, ranging in size from 130 m2 to 393 m2.
All apartments have high ceilings and free planning, finishing with expensive varieties of marble and wood, heating systems (water floors), and air conditioning. The main features of the apartments are spacious verandas with tempered glass fencing, which provides excellent panoramic views of the sea and Limassol.
The Marco Polo project has gathered in itself all the best - from architecture to individual solutions for the design of apartments. The complex has everything you need for life on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea: outdoor and indoor heated swimming pool, fitness center, SPA-zone and gym, secure parking and concierge service, high-speed Internet, and television.
Apartments in Marco Polo are perfect for either permanent island living, rentals, or long-term investments.
