A new landmark business centre called Triangle is being built in the Agios Athanasios area of Limassol, a modern architectural project that promises to change the business panorama of the city. All works are progressing according to schedule, without any delays.
This was announced by the developer on Wednesday 9 April.
The project involves the construction of a 7-storey tower with a total height of 32.8 metres. The ground floor will house an elegant lobby, spacious meeting rooms, common areas and facilities for the daily needs of employees and visitors. The remaining six floors will be occupied by high quality office space, designed with maximum attention to ergonomics and functionality.
The building's architecture is inspired by the concept of the 'triangle' - a symbol of stability, precision and balance that is emphasised in every element of the design. Sophisticated aesthetics, innovative technology, energy efficient solutions and attention to detail make Triangle not only a business centre, but a future icon of commercial real estate in Cyprus.
The total area of the building will be 4,069 m2 and the site will be 3,650 m2. Special attention will be paid to the landscaping: 136 m2 of the area will be devoted to green spaces and landscaped gardens, contributing to the creation of a pleasant working atmosphere and improving the ecological environment.
.
Triangle will be an example of sustainable architecture: photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of the building to generate energy from renewable sources.
The commercial project will have 79 parking spaces (including 5 for people with disabilities) and charging points for electric vehicles.
The unique strategic location of the complex will provide future tenants with excellent transport links and immediate access to the main commercial, administrative and logistical points of the city.
The cost of the project is estimated at €9.75 million. The entire amount will be covered by the developer's own funds. The facility is expected to be operational in 2026.
It should be noted that one of the main objectives of the project is to create new jobs and strengthen the economy of the region through the development of business infrastructure. Triangle not only meets current market requirements, but also sets new standards - from the high quality of the finishes to the pursuit of LEED Gold environmental certification. Triangle is expected to become a new attraction for progressive businesses in Limassol in the near future.
