The construction of a new Sky Tower high-rise in the prestigious area of Germasoyia, Limassol has reached the finish line.
CEO of Atlas Everywhere contractor Marios Pontikis said on Tuesday, November 2, that workers are currently completing the decoration of common spaces in the high-rise, after which they will begin landscaping the area around the building.
It is expected that the facility will be commissioned by the end of 2021.
As you may know, work on the project began in June 2017. The construction is carried out in accordance with the latest global trends in architecture and planning.
The Sky Tower will have 23 floors and 83 luxury apartments with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, as well as penthouses and duplexes with private rooftop pools. The ceiling height of each apartment is 3.15 meters, and the level of interior decoration will pleasantly surprise the most discerning buyer.
The owners of the residences will be able to appreciate the wonderful atmosphere and comfort of an elegant gated complex with the amenities of a 5-star hotel, as the project provides for a concierge, a SPA area, an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, a gym, a tennis court, a large parking area with landscaped gardens and underground parking for cars.
It is worth noting that the development of the project is carried out on behalf of Prime Property Group, the high-rise was designed by the architectural firm UHA London and Panos Panayiotou & Associates, PPA, QS company PMI (Project Management International) and consulting electromechanical company Alexis S Stavrou & Associates.
