Neocleous Tower, one of the most innovative commercial developments in the heart of Limassol, is steadily moving toward completion. This high-rise business center is setting new standards in technology, comfort, and sustainable development, offering workspaces designed for people and for the future.
Construction Progress and Readiness of Public Spaces
Intensive construction work is ongoing on all levels of the complex. The entire office block and common areas—including the lobby, the fifth floor, and the modern fitness center—will be fully ready to welcome tenants at the beginning of 2026. The structural frame and exterior shell are expected to be completed by December 2025. The 120-meter reinforced concrete structure has already been built, while installation of the metal elements, glass façade, and aluminum and ceramic cladding is progressing on schedule.
The exterior façade lighting has also reached its final stage, along with the landscaping of the surrounding area. Both parts of the project are planned for completion by December 2025. The façade maintenance system on the 26th floor, which will ensure continuous technical support for the building, is also nearly finished.
Next-Generation Engineering Systems and Fully Leased Office Floors
Interior work is underway on the installation of engineering systems, electrical equipment, and elevators. The underground parking area is almost complete, fully meeting the handover schedule. All office floors have already been allocated to leading Cypriot and international companies. Interior finishing works are actively being carried out, tailored to each tenant’s corporate standards. Open-space areas are being created with maximum flexibility, allowing companies to shape their own style and improve workflow efficiency.
According to project director Panayiotis Karayiannis, Neocleous Tower is approaching full readiness, and each achieved construction milestone confirms the team’s high level of coordination and discipline.

Environmental Performance and LEED Gold International Standard
Neocleous Tower will be the first commercial building in Cyprus certified to the LEED Gold standard. The project has already entered the final stage of review by the international commission. This certification ensures low operational costs for tenants, increased energy efficiency, improved air quality, and a comfortable working environment that enhances productivity.
A New Level of Business Infrastructure in Cyprus
Companies that have reserved space in Neocleous Tower will gain access to premium-quality infrastructure and cutting-edge sustainable construction solutions. The project is set to become a key business hub in Limassol and an important element of the city’s modern urban landscape. Combined with the expansion of the business district and growing demand for high-tech office spaces, the complex will strengthen Cyprus’ position as a regional center for international companies.
