The construction of a new high-rise complex called Habitat is currently underway in Larnaca, and is progressing at an active pace.
The developer company announced this recently.
If there are no force majeure circumstances, the skyscraper will be put into operation by the end of the year. At present, workers have erected 10 floors.
It is worth noting that the project provides for the construction of two residential towers (A and B). The skyscrapers are being built in the Agios Nikolaos area.
The first building will have 10 floors and its height will be 41 meters. The second building will have 12 floors and its height will be 52 meters.
The skyscrapers will have 80 elite apartments (34 in Tower A and 48 in Tower B). Interested buyers will be offered apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms ranging in size from 71 sq m to 143.05 sq m. All apartments will have modern design, high-quality finishes, thoughtful layouts, as well as panoramic windows and spacious balconies with stunning views of the surrounding areas.
The towers will have a common underground parking for 100 parking spaces for residents. Photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 140 kW will be installed on the roofs of the buildings.
The project also provides for the creation of a convenient infrastructure in the complex, which includes several pools, a gym, a rooftop garden, a bar, a playground, a meditation room, and a large park area with greenery.
The total area of the site allocated for construction is 8524 sq m. Of these, buildings will occupy an area of 1928 sq m.
The cost of the complex is estimated at 25 million euros.
