Leptos Group has announced that Cavalli Tower has received the Best Branded Residences Development award at the Europe Property Awards 2026. The project is part of the large-scale Limassol Blu Marine development on the Limassol coastline.
To celebrate the award, the company released an unusual video created with artificial intelligence. In the video, a stunt performer makes a dramatic jump from the tower’s penthouse down to the beach below. The video highlights the building’s beachfront location and distinctive architecture. Cavalli Tower is positioned as the first residential development in Europe branded by Italian fashion designer Roberto Cavalli.
30 Floors, Italian Design and Mediterranean Sea Views
The 30-story tower combines contemporary architecture by British design studio Benoy with the recognizable style of the Roberto Cavalli fashion house. The interiors feature refined materials, sculptural elements, and signature details of Italian design. The apartments have been designed to maximize panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Buyers will also be able to order optional Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors furniture packages to create interiors consistent with the overall concept of the building.

Cavalli Tower is part of the Limassol Blu Marine development, located near Limassol Marina, the casino, the historic city center, business districts, and entertainment venues. The project includes the following amenities:
