Consulting firm Ask WiRE has carried out a new study analysing the sales of expensive properties in Cyprus, highlighting the ten largest residential deals concluded in October 2024.
The total value of these properties was €34.6 million. The most expensive property was sold in Limassol, a mixed-use building in the Kato Polemidia district for €9.9 million. At the same time, contracts were signed for the sale of a warehouse in the Ipsonas district for €2.5 million and two plots of land for €2.28 million and €1.9 million. In Paphos, 2 properties were sold in October for a total of €8.7 million. These included a villa in the Peyia area for €5 million and a plot of land in the Peyia area for €3.7 million.
Another expensive property was sold in Nicosia - a house for €2.1 million in the area of Agios Andreas, as well as in the free areas of Famagusta - a house for €2.5 million in Paralimni. Finally, in Larnaca, they sold a plot of land and a commercial building in the Oroklini district for €2.5 million and €2.15 million respectively.
Interestingly, in October 2024, 50 properties were sold in Cyprus, with prices starting from 500 thousand euros.
Their total value was 68.4 million euro. At the same time, 37.4% of the value of these sales were 10 properties in Limassol, 24.6% were 10 properties in Paphos, 15.6% were 10 properties in Nicosia, 14% were 10 properties in Larnaca and 8.4% were 10 properties in the free areas of Famagusta.
The total value of the ten most expensive properties in October 2024 was €25.6 million in Limassol, €9.6 million in Larnaca, €10.7 million in Nicosia, €16.8 million in Paphos and €5.7 million in the free areas of Famagusta.
