The main requirement is that the properties are located within a radius of approximately 1.5 km from the Rector's Office Building, which will effectively address the current need for additional space for teaching and administrative services.

Due to growth in student numbers and expansion of educational programmes, the university is actively seeking space for lectures, seminars, laboratory classes and administrative work.
