The Cyprus Department of Environmental Protection has granted Napa Rock Estates Ltd permission to renovate and extend the Tasia Maris Hotel.
The hotel is located in Ayia Napa, approximately 900m from Nissi beach and 3.58km from the Natura 2000 protected area.
According to a release from the developer, €1.2 million will be invested in the renovation of the hotel complex. According to the plan, Napa Rock Estates Ltd will not only renovate the old building, but will also construct a new block consisting of a basement, ground floor, mezzanine and three ground floors. The height of the new block will be approximately 21 metres, while the height of the existing hotel building is approximately 18 metres.
The hotel complex will have 34 comfortable rooms. Each floor will have two rooms for people with disabilities. The new building will also include technical, office and storage rooms, as well as luxury terraces with sea views. The area of the plot on which the works will be carried out is 6,715 m2. The interior of the hotel will be characterised by elegance and quality of finish.
Remember that the hotel was built in 1992. The last renovation of the hotel was carried out in 2016. In Tasia Maris all rooms, public areas, communication and infrastructure were completely renewed. The hotel was transformed with modern designer interior of the lobby and rooms, new furniture.
