Norwegian company ImmunoPharma has taken a strategic step to strengthen its international presence by selecting Silicon Park as its operational base in Cyprus. The move involves the acquisition of nearly 3,000 square meters of office space spread across two floors in the western section of this ambitious development in the Agios Athanasios area of Limassol. The decision highlights Cyprus’s growing appeal as a hub for science-driven and technology-focused companies.
A Modern Multifunctional Park for the Future
Silicon Park is currently under active construction and is designed as an innovative environment for both living and working. The project combines 15,000 square meters of Grade A office space with nearly 200 residential units distributed across three apartment buildings. Completion is expected in early 2029. The development is already attracting strong interest, with more than 35% of all apartments reserved, reflecting investors’ confidence in the project. Residential options include studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. A key advantage of Silicon Park is its carefully planned ecosystem, which will feature coworking areas, a restaurant, a modern fitness club, a daycare center, and a swimming pool. This environment is designed to maximize employee productivity while supporting overall well-being.

About the Norwegian Biotechnology Group
ImmunoPharma is not merely a distributor, but a fully integrated developer, manufacturer, and supplier of science-based health research products. Since its founding in 2009, the company has significantly expanded its international footprint by establishing subsidiaries in Norway, the United States, Italy, Poland, Japan, and now Cyprus. The group’s portfolio includes well-known brands such as Eqology, MycoTech Pharma, Smartfish, and Nordic Healthy Living. These companies reflect ImmunoPharma’s deep expertise in nutrition, phytotherapy, healthy aging, and biotechnology innovation. Their activities range from the production of dietary supplements and plant-based medicines to direct engagement with end consumers.
ImmunoPharma’s choice of Cyprus is no coincidence. The island is actively diversifying its economy beyond traditional sectors and creating highly favorable conditions for international headquarters. For the company, it was essential to find a location that combines sustainable infrastructure, access to talent, and a strategic position in the Mediterranean. Silicon Park met all of these requirements by offering environmentally friendly buildings and a people-centered working environment.
