A new residential complex called Riviera Residence is being built in Larnaca.
According to a release from the developer, work on the project is at an active stage. The modern building will be located in the prestigious Livadia area, on a plot with all the necessary infrastructure within walking distance: cafes and restaurants, shops, banks, pharmacies, kindergarten and school. In addition, the residential complex will be located 450 metres from the sea, next to the grandiose 'Land of Tomorrow' project.
Riviera Residence will consist of two 3-storey blocks of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
The apartments will range in size from 52m2 to 112m2. Each apartment will be equipped with an armoured door, individual solar water heating, underfloor heating, high quality sanitary ware and a kitchen suite. Owners will also have a parking space and a storage room on the ground floor. For the convenience of the residents, the complex will have a large communal swimming pool with recreation area.
The residential project will be characterised by its modern design and architecture, as well as the high quality of the construction and finishing materials used in its construction. At the same time, the external design of the building will harmoniously integrate the project into its surroundings. The building will have a Class A energy certificate and will be soundproofed and thermally insulated. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof to generate renewable energy, allowing the owners to make significant savings on their electricity bills. The development will also have controlled access and a CCTV camera at the entrance to the building.
The development is scheduled for delivery in 2025.
