A new residential complex called Ria Court 68 will be built in Larnaca.
According to the developer's release, it will be built in the Agios Nikolaos neighborhood, on Metzovou Street.
Near the site is all the necessary infrastructure for comfortable living - a school, kindergarten, supermarket, stores, educational centers and a polyclinic. It is also easily accessible to the main highways leading to Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos, and Famagusta.
The 5-storey building will only have ten apartments (2 per floor), among them: five two-bedroom apartments and five three-bedroom apartments. The area of the apartments will vary from 77 m2 to 95 m2. All apartments in the complex will have a modern design, high-quality finishing, and thoughtful layout, as well as panoramic windows and spacious balconies, which will open a stunning view of Salt Lake and Pattihio Park.
The apartments feature a spacious living-dining room, a large covered terrace, a modern kitchen, two or three cozy bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Residents of the fifth-floor apartments will have access to the roof, where there will be a luxurious roof garden and barbecue area.
All owners will have a single parking space and a storage room located on the ground floor. The building will have an energy efficiency category A. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof to generate renewable energy. The photovoltaic panels will provide the owners with significant energy savings thanks to "net metering".
It is worth noting that the project was developed by a professional team of architects, engineers, and interior designers.
All apartments are designed to provide maximum comfort to the residents. An additional advantage of Ria Court 68 is the high-quality standards of technology and materials used in the construction of the building.
The combination of architectural design, quality of materials used, and the location of Ria Court 68 make it ideal for living and investment.
The construction of the project is expected to start in July 2024. The complex is planned to be commissioned no later than the third quarter of 2026.
