One of the largest developers in Larnaca, Plus Properties, has officially opened four new projects in Larnaca: Tamara Gardens, Mackenzie Gardens, Plus 22 and Plus 23.
One project is located in the prestigious village of Livadia, another is in the elite Mackenzie area within the city limits, still others are in the Harbor, near the border of Larnaca and Livadia.
Mackenzie Gardens, or Plus 19, is a six-storey project with a garden and sea view. The complex is located just a few minutes drive from the airport and the very center of the city. This area is home to some of the city's most famous restaurants and bars.
Three other projects, Tamara Gardens, Plus 22 and Plus 23, are located near the Dhekelia road connecting Larnaca with Ayia Napa, just 700-1000 meters from the embankment, which in a few years will begin to build up with luxury real estate and hotels.
In honor of the launch of four projects at once a solemn event took place in one of the complexes - in Tamara Gardens.
The elite projects were opened by the head of the company, Georges J. Chehwane. The developer has made every effort to ensure that future residents receive the keys to a true paradise on the Mediterranean.
The DOM portal team was directly involved in the event and examined the still untouched apartments of Tamara Gardens.
Many people do not know, but the Tamara Gardens complex is named after Georges' daughter, Tamara Chehwane.
The potential and future of Larnaca was also highlighted at the opening. Plus Properties is building its projects in other cities of the island, but the vast majority of their residential complexes are located here, in Larnaca.
One of the reasons why developers have chosen this city is their confidence in the prospects that open up for Larnaca in the coming decades. It is worth noting that all four projects are located in the most promising areas of the city.
