The Department of Environmental Protection of Cyprus has issued a permit to AGI-CYPRE PROPERTY 36 Ltd for the construction of a new residential complex in Paphos.
This extensive project will be located within the administrative boundaries of the Peyia municipality.
According to the release, the complex will feature 20 luxurious 2-story villas on a plot of land measuring 6,021 square meters. The building sizes will range from 100 square meters to 130 square meters. These villas will showcase stylish design, functional layouts, and high-quality finishes. Each home will include a modern kitchen integrated with the living area, 2 or 3 cozy bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet, and a covered terrace with magnificent panoramic views of the mountains and surroundings. Future owners will have the option to personalize the finishes to match their preferences and create their dream homes. Only premium materials will be used for the construction and interior finishes.
The villas will be surrounded by private areas, featuring barbecue zones, swimming pools, and parking spaces. This expansive gated complex will also offer shared pools and exquisite landscaped gardens.

As part of the development, an internal network of private roads will be established, along with an automated biological wastewater treatment station with a capacity of 45 m3/day. The buildings will hold an energy efficiency certificate of Class A. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the rooftops to generate renewable energy. This means that owners can significantly reduce their electricity consumption.
The project is estimated to cost 5.2 million euros, and the implementation period is set at 18 months. The construction works will commence in the near future.
