The management of PASCAL School has announced its intention to open a new academic building in the centre of Limassol.
According to the release, the campus will open its doors in September 2025. It will educate students between the ages of 6 and 12. At the same time, parents will now be able to choose between two educational programmes for their children:
- The IB Primary Years Programme (IB PYP) will be available at the Limassol city centre campus, with a focus on inquiry-based and student-centred education.
- The Cambridge Primary Curriculum will be available at the school's main campus, offering a structured, subject-based approach with excellent opportunities in STEAM areas.
Notably, both campuses will also offer an Early Years Programme for children aged 3 to 5, laying the foundations for their future schooling.
The implementation of the two-campus model in Limassol is an important step for the local educational community in the city,' said Andreas Andreou, Director of PASCAL International Education Limassol.
We would like to remind you that the construction of a new educational complex for PASCAL in Limassol is in its final stages.
The realisation of this great idea is being carried out by AGC Contractors Ltd. New school buildings are being built near the village of Palodia, 5 kilometres from the city. According to the plan, the new complex will have 28 modern classrooms for primary students and 36 for secondary students, several laboratories, rooms for creative activities and music studios. The school will have a heated swimming pool, football, basketball and handball pitches, a gymnasium for athletics, a modern library with an extensive collection of books and digital resources, an indoor amphitheatre, a restaurant and a cafeteria. For the convenience of parents and staff, there will be a large car park with charging points for electric cars. The new school complex will meet modern environmental standards.
PASCAL English School is a co-educational boarding school.
The school is fully accredited by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Cyprus and is part of one of the largest and most prestigious educational institutions in Cyprus. PASCAL comprises two Greek schools (in Nicosia and Limassol) and three English schools (in Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia), all of which are accredited by the University of Cambridge International Examinations, ESOL Examinations and Edexcel Pearson. The schools in Nicosia and Larnaca are accredited by IB World Schools.
One of the main features of the school is a six-year secondary education instead of seven. Upon completion, students receive the Apolytirion (National Certificate of Secondary Education) and can also take the British Secondary School Certificate GCE A levels or the Diploma of the International Baccalaureate.
