Imperio has announced the sale of two floors of office space in the Silicon Park project to ImmunoPharma, an international integrated health solutions group. The buyer is headquartered in Oslo, and the total transaction covers 2,770 m² in the western part of the development.
This deal is further evidence that Limassol continues to strengthen its position as one of the leading business and innovation hubs in the Eastern Mediterranean.
Who Is ImmunoPharma and Why Did the Company Choose Cyprus?
ImmunoPharma is an international group founded in 2009 that develops, manufactures, and distributes science-based health products. Its activities include dietary supplements, pharmaceutical development, nutrition, biotechnological medical innovations, and direct-to-consumer product distribution.
The company operates through subsidiaries in Norway, the United States, Italy, Poland, Japan, and Cyprus. Its portfolio includes brands such as Eqology, MycoTech Pharma, Smartfish, and Nordic Healthy Living, reflecting a broad focus on health, preventive medicine, and products that support active longevity.
Establishing operations in Silicon Park is part of ImmunoPharma’s international expansion strategy and is intended to strengthen its operational base in Europe and the Mediterranean region.
Silicon Park and Limassol’s Role as an Innovation Hub
Silicon Park is a mixed-use BREEAM-certified development by Imperio, located in the Agios Athanasios area of Limassol. The project combines modern residential spaces with 15,000 m² of office facilities.
The development includes three residential buildings with studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments priced from €215,000 plus VAT, as well as two office buildings. Amenities include coworking spaces, a restaurant, a gym, a children’s center, and a swimming pool.
According to the company, more than 35% of the units have already been reserved, and construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2029. Imperio CEO Nicholas Ioannou-Mammitis said that the decision by an international biotechnology company to choose Silicon Park confirms that Cyprus is becoming a destination for businesses that bring new technologies, jobs, and long-term investment. He noted that the project was designed as a people-centered environment focused on sustainability and high quality standards.
We are delighted to welcome ImmunoPharma to Silicon Park. When a European biotechnology company chooses Limassol for its expansion, it confirms what we have believed for many years: Cyprus has the potential to attract companies that bring expertise, jobs, and new opportunities to the country. Silicon Park was created specifically for companies of this calibre, offering infrastructure and a sustainable environment with people at its core,” said Ioannou-Mammitis.
Cyprus Strengthens Its Position in Biotechnology and International Business
The transaction highlights the growing interest of international companies in Limassol as a center with advanced infrastructure and a strategic location in the Eastern Mediterranean. As Cyprus continues to diversify its economy, projects such as Silicon Park are becoming an important factor in attracting businesses from biotechnology, healthcare, and innovation sectors.
ImmunoPharma Chairman Ketil Ramsay emphasized that the company was looking for a location with modern infrastructure, a sustainable environment, and access to international talent. According to him, Cyprus offers ideal conditions for business development and long-term regional growth.
We were looking for a space that meets the needs of an international medical innovation group: modern infrastructure, an environmentally conscious setting capable of attracting talent, and a strategic Mediterranean location. Silicon Park met all of these criteria. Cyprus offers ideal conditions for expanding our operations, and we look forward to contributing to the local community,” said Ramsay.
