Work continues unabated for the construction of the eight-storey Nicosia City Center, which will be delivered, based on the design so far, in the summer of 2021, with the best technical specifications and unique aesthetics.
It is a mixed-use building (office and commercial), which will dominate Kallipoleos Avenue and Ethnikis Frouras Street, on the broader area of the Landmark Hotel and the University of Cyprus.
About 6 000 m2, the plans will extend the building offices, while over 1 000 m2 stores will be expanded. Simultaneously, there will be 150 parking spaces in the building's two basements, with a total area of 5000 sq.m. It is worth noting that all the project spaces will be offered only for rent, as this is the owner company's wish.
According to the director of PCMK Holdings, Poly Kourousidis, there is great interest from Cypriot companies and multinationals for renting office space and organizations, both domestic and foreign, for renting the entire building. "We expect that by the end of the year, the building will be rented. We are in quite advanced consultations with prospective tenants ", underlined Polis Kourousidis.
The project contractor is the company Depcon, while its design was undertaken by large architectural offices in Cyprus and abroad.
The total amount of investment amounts to € 15 million covered by both equity and domestic bank borrowing. It is noted that the company PCMK Holdings, which will own the building, consists of two Cypriot and two foreign investors.
