On Wednesday, October 21, the new Leonardo Boutique Hotel Venetian opened its doors to guests in Nicosia. The small hotel is located on Arnaldas Street, about 700 m from Eleftheria Square and Ledra Street. It is aimed at both tourists visiting the Cypriot capital and business travelers.
The interior is designed in a contemporary style with vintage elements. Rich colors, warm lighting, designer furniture, and decorative details create a cozy atmosphere.
The hotel features 71 rooms and suites. Each has its own individual design, natural tones, and carefully selected décor. The rooms offer views over Nicosia, while some also include private balconies.
Root & Rind Restaurant and Dining Concept
Particular attention has been given to the hotel’s dining experience. The lobby, restaurant, and bar are combined into one shared space suitable for breakfast, daytime relaxation, evening drinks, and dinner. Root & Rind, operated by Smoothie Factory, serves buffet breakfasts and an evening menu. Throughout the day, guests can also order light snacks, brunch dishes, healthy smoothies, fresh beverages, and coffee.
For guests who prefer spending time outdoors, the hotel offers The Conservatory terrace with an all-day menu. Outdoor seating is available when weather conditions permit. The hotel also has a Lobby Bar, where guests can enjoy a drink after check-in or relax during the day.

Amenities for Tourists and Business Travelers
Leonardo Boutique Hotel Venetian Nicosia combines the atmosphere of a boutique hotel with facilities for both work and leisure. Guests can use a fully equipped gym, hold business meetings in a dedicated meeting room, or work in a specially arranged quiet area.
The opening expands the range of accommodation available in central Nicosia and strengthens the presence of Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean in Cyprus’s hospitality market. Thanks to its location near the historic center, the hotel is well suited for exploring the capital’s attractions, walking along Ledra Street, and business trips.
