Construction has commenced on a 25-story skyscraper in the vicinity of Agios Nektarios Street in Limassol.
The new tower is being erected just 730 meters southeast of the Akti Olympion A Beach. The project is being undertaken by A. Neocleous Holdings Ltd.
The architectural design of Neocleous Tower was developed by WKK Architects. Among their other creations in Limassol are the Oval office building, The One skyscraper, and the Trilogy towers.
According to the release, the project falls into the category of "high-rise buildings" and involves the construction and operation of a mixed-use tower comprising 25 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels.
The building will accommodate numerous offices, shops, a business center, cafeteria, fitness center, apartments, and a Euro-Mediterranean Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution. Additionally, the project includes a 4-level underground parking facility and an above-ground parking area with a total of 110 parking spaces, 7 of which will be designated for people with disabilities. The underground parking will also feature 8 bicycle parking spaces.

The plot area on which Neocleous Tower will rise spans 1556 square meters, with the building occupying 1386 square meters.
The total height of the building will reach 120 meters. The construction of the skyscraper is expected to take around 2.5 years.
The area in which the tower will be located is well-developed, with many mixed-use, residential, office, and commercial buildings in the vicinity.
