Construction is set to begin on a large-scale residential complex called Navie in the village of Ayia Marinouda, located in the Paphos district. The Cyprus Department of Environment has approved the new project. The complex will consist of twelve modern apartment buildings. The project's architecture is inspired by the region's natural landscape and combines elements of urban infrastructure with proximity to nature.
Project scale
The complex will include 105 luxury apartments with various layouts: 17 one-bedroom, 52 two-bedroom, 33 three-bedroom, and 3 four-bedroom. The complex will be able to accommodate up to 337 people. Some owners will have access to private pools. One of the buildings will house a gym that all residents will have free access to.
Five communal swimming pools of various sizes will provide residents with comfortable spaces for relaxation and recreation. Additionally, an underground biological treatment plant will be installed in the complex to ensure environmentally friendly wastewater treatment.
The complex will have modern infrastructure
The Navie complex will have a private parking area with space for 146 cars. More than 4,000 m² will be allocated for public spaces and landscaping. The development site's total area is 26,000 m², allowing for buildings with spacious courtyards, recreation areas, and safe pedestrian walkways.
Timeline and cost
Construction of the new complex will take about two years. The total cost of the project is estimated at €25 million. The Navie residential complex in the Paphos area is expected to attract those looking for modern design and proximity to the sea while remaining within a few minutes' drive of the city center.
