A new residential complex called Marina Home Residences will be built in Larnaca.
According to the developer's release, the project will consist of three 5-storey blocks: Block A, Block B and Block C.
Each building will have eleven cozy apartments. This guarantees maximum privacy and comfort to all residents of the complex. The area of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments will vary from 51 m2 to 80 m2.
It is worth noting that Marina Home Residences will be fully developed by a professional team of architects, engineers and interior designers. Therefore, the apartments will be characterized by modern design, high quality finishes and thoughtful layout. The project is expected to be completed in spring 2025.
