According to an environmental impact assessment study, the developer plans to build a 9-storey building with 57 apartments. The height of the object will be about 34 meters.
The total area of the building plots is 2510 m2. The building will occupy a total area of 1255 m2.
The project also provides for a 2-level parking for 59 cars and a ground parking for 13 cars, of which 4 and 2 parking spaces, respectively, will be allocated for disabled people.
The main goal of Elite Island Properties is to cover the housing needs of the wider Larnaca area.
It should be noted that the construction site of the proposed project is located about 2.5 km south of the center of the municipality of Larnaca, about 3 km south-west of Larnaca port and about 1.2 km north-east of Larnaca airport.
The closest security zone to the complex is Lake (aliki) Larnaca, which is located at a distance of about 510 m to the west. Access roads to the project are Goethe Street and Franz Schubert Street.
