SLK Development is investing in the development of Larnaca, one of Cyprus's most promising coastal cities. Following the large-scale Horizon Towers project in the former oil refinery area, SLK has launched another flagship project: the Lumina Mare residential complex.
Construction on the project has already begun
The new skyscraper will be located near the Larnaca port roundabout, a key transportation hub in the city. Construction began three weeks ago and is scheduled to be completed within 30 months. SLK Development's partner on this project is the Israeli tour operator Aviation Links, which highlights the project's international scope and high level of investment.
The 20-floor complex will offer luxury living with views of the Mediterranean Sea
The Lumina Mare residential complex will consist of 20 floors and 54 luxury apartments, as well as two penthouses, all offering panoramic sea views. In addition to residential spaces, the complex will include commercial areas, a six-level parking garage, and a rooftop swimming pool to create a resort-like atmosphere.
The cost of the project is estimated at
€40 million. This amount includes the purchase of land, design, obtaining building permits, and complete construction.
Horizon Towers and Lumina Mare are projects of the same standard
Both are being developed by Dex-Tek Group, an international company with experience implementing large-scale projects in Cyprus and beyond. These projects are part of SLK Development's strategy to strengthen its position in the Cypriot real estate market.
SLK Development is betting on Larnaca
SLK Development, part of the SLK Investment holding company, is known for its projects in Israel, ranging from residential neighborhoods to boutique hotels and multifunctional complexes. Currently, SLK is focusing on developing Larnaca, one of the fastest-growing regions in Cyprus.
Particular attention is being paid to the Livadia area, where the innovative Horizon Towers residential complex is planned to be built next to the company's flagship project, The Land of Tomorrow. This project will consist of six modern high-rise buildings that combine residential and commercial infrastructure with areas for recreation and leisure.
