In Limassol, in the area of Agios Athanasios, the construction of a new Triangle business center has begun.
The work is carried out by BH High Cross, which owns the project.
According to the release, the developer will build a 7-story tower of a height of 32.80 m. The first floor of the building will house a lobby and meeting rooms, and offices on the six upper levels. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of the building to generate electricity from renewable energy sources.
For the convenience of employees and customers, a spacious parking lot for 79 cars is provided, 5 of which will be allocated for people with disabilities.

The total area of the construction site will be 3,650 m2, and the total area of the building will be 4,069 m2.
In addition, green areas will be created on an area of 136 m2.
The main goal of the new project is to cover part of the labor and commercial needs of Limassol. The construction of the Triangle is expected to create new jobs and further strengthen the region by enhancing the socio-economic character of the region.
The cost of the project is estimated at 9.75 million euros. The entire amount will be covered by BH High Cross's own funds.
