Consulting firm Ask WiRE has carried out a new study analysing the sales of expensive properties in Cyprus, highlighting the ten largest residential deals concluded in November 2024.
The total value of these properties was €24 million. The most expensive unit was sold in Limassol - an office building in the Neapolis district for €4.1 million. At the same time, the city topped the list in terms of the number of property sales and purchases completed in November. The list of luxury properties sold in Limassol included
- an office in the Neapolis district for €4 million
- a plot of land in the Amathus district for €2.5 million
- a villa in the Moutaiaka area for €1.9 million
- a commercial building in the Apostolos Andreas area for €1.8 million,
- a plot of land in Agios Georgios for €1.4 million,
- an apartment in the Potamos Germasoya area for €1.2 million.
In Paphos, 2 properties were sold in November for a total of €5.1 million. These included an office for €4 million in the Agios Theodoros area and a plot of land in the Timi area for €1.1 million.
Another expensive property sold in Nicosia was a house for €2 million in the Agios Andreas area.
Interestingly, in November 2024, 50 properties were sold in Cyprus with prices starting from 500 thousand euros.
Their total value was 47.3 million euros. At the same time, 41.6% of the value of these sales were 10 properties in Limassol, while 22.8% were 10 properties in Paphos, 17.5% were 10 properties in Nicosia, 11.8% were 10 properties in Larnaca and 6.2% were 10 properties in the free areas of Famagusta.
The total value of the ten most expensive properties in November 2024 was €19.7 million in Limassol, €5.6 million in Larnaca, €8.3 million in Nicosia, €10.8 million in Paphos and €2.9 million in the free areas of Famagusta.
