The foundation of the current momentum was laid in 2025. In September, the handover of the first 74 residential properties began, including 22 villas and 52 apartments in the Robin East and Robin West buildings. It opened to club members on October 1 and to the general public on December 1, 2025. The course length is 6.3 thousand meters, it is planted with Tahoma 31 grass, and its configuration harmoniously follows the natural terrain. This allowed Limassol Greens to confidently establish itself on the international golf map.
The infrastructure for players includes a 320-meter driving range with 30 TrackMan screens, suitable even for those who have never played golf before. The golf academy has become an important entry point into the sport and is already contributing to the growth of active players in Cyprus. In the first months of operation, the project recorded 100 active golf club members, a significant portion of whom had not previously been represented in the local golf market, indicating an expansion of the audience and the formation of a new business and tourism segment.
Tournaments, ecology and public spaces
The competitive calendar began on January 31, 2026 with the Winter Open Tournament, which became the first major golf event at Limassol Greens and gathered more than 100 participants. The tournament marked the start of a regular program of competitions and private events, strengthening the project’s position in sports tourism and corporate hospitality.
At the same time, investments in landscaping and environmental integration continue. To date, more than 5 thousand trees have been planted on the territory, forming an extensive green core.
