Limassol Greens has officially announced the opening of its new 18-hole golf course, designed by renowned architect Cabell B. Robinson. The project has become the central feature of this large-scale development and sets a new benchmark for golf in the Eastern Mediterranean. The 6,304-meter course blends harmoniously with the natural landscape, preserving natural elevation shifts and enhancing strategic opportunities for players. Every element is crafted to create a vivid and dynamic playing experience.

The project marks a major milestone in the development of Limassol Greens — one of the most ambitious and modern master-planned communities in Cyprus. The resort is located in one of Limassol’s fastest-growing districts and is the only golf resort on the island fully integrated into an urban environment. This prime location offers quick access to key points of the city: the casino, Limassol Marina, Lady’s Mile beach, and business districts — while preserving the resort’s tranquility, privacy, and spaciousness.
A Dynamic and Thoughtfully Designed Playing Rhythm
The course is designed to ensure that players feel rhythm and momentum at every stage. The first five holes demand precision due to lateral winds, while holes 6 through 11 offer excellent opportunities to improve the score. Holes 13 to 15 test players’ creativity and ability to “read” the course, and the final three holes — 16, 17, and 18 — raise the level of difficulty.
The 18th hole is particularly memorable, running alongside a natural lake, where golfers must confidently choose the right club and maintain focus until the very last stroke.

The 320-meter driving range includes 30 modern training bays and a fully integrated TrackMan system for precise ball-trajectory and speed analytics. Training is overseen by Mike Leitch — a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience and qualifications in sports psychology and TrackMan analytics. His methodology focuses on steady progress with an emphasis on practicality and measurable results.
The training and playing experience is complemented by a Pro Shop featuring brands such as Under Armour, Callaway, J.Lindeberg, and Ralph Lauren, as well as the stylish Roost Lounge Bar, where guests can relax and enjoy modern interpretations of street-food dishes.
Environmental Sustainability as a Core Principle
The project places strong emphasis on eco-friendly infrastructure. The course and green areas are irrigated exclusively with tertiary-treated recycled water, in accordance with national standards. The grounds include a comprehensive water management system with artificial lakes and reservoirs totaling 40,000 m³, allowing rainwater collection and minimizing the use of public water resources.
As part of its long-term strategy, Limassol Greens is implementing an extensive greening program aiming to plant 20,000 trees, strengthening the natural balance and enhancing environmental resilience.
