The Cyprus Department of Environmental Protection has granted a licence for the implementation of the next phase of the Limassol Greens luxury development.
Specifically, the licence covers the construction and operation of an organised residential development on a plot of land in the northern part of the project with a total area of 25,394.7m2. Only 6.7km away is the historic centre of Limassol, 2.7km away is the new port, 2.8km to the south-east is the coastal area of Lady's Mile beach and 1km to the south is Lake Aliki. There are now no more obstacles to the completion of this magnificent complex.
As a reminder, the original project, designed by Luciano Mazza, Director of Hotel Design at the international architectural firm HKS, includes:
- An 18-hole golf course of international standard;
- A golf club with a surface area of 1.7 thousand m2;
- 500 villas and 250 apartments to be built in several phases;
- Indoor and outdoor swimming pools;
- SPA centre;
- Sports Club;
- Tennis courts, basketball court and cycle tracks;
- Restaurants and cafes;
- Children's playgrounds;
- An open-air amphitheatre;
- A garden for growing plants.
