Luxury development Limassol Greens is preparing to welcome its first tenants. A batch of 22 luxury villas will be handed over to new owners at the beginning of May. And in June, 52 apartments in the Robin East and Robin West low-rise complexes will be ready for occupancy.
This was announced by the developer recently.
Recall that Limassol Greens - one of the largest residential complexes in Limassol, combining modern standards of comfort, environmental friendliness and functionality. The total cost of the project is estimated at 400 million euros. Covering an area of more than 140 hectares, the development will include some 500 premium villas and 250 designer apartments. The developers claim that all the plots have already been sold - buyers from 19 different countries have become new owners, underlining the high level of international interest in the project.
The project includes not only housing, but also an entire ecosystem for comfortable living. In particular, Limassol Greens will include:
- An 18-hole golf course of international standard,
- A golf club with an area of 1.7 thousand m2,
- Indoor and outdoor swimming pools,
- SPA centre,
- Sports Club,
- tennis courts, basketball court and cycle tracks,
- Restaurants and cafes,
- children's playgrounds,
- An open-air amphitheatre,
- a garden for plant cultivation.
One of the main aims of the project is to minimise the impact on the environment. Rainwater and treated wastewater will be used to irrigate lawns and fields. Six artificial reservoirs with a total capacity of up to 40,000 m3 will be built on the site, and the entire green area will be served by intelligent irrigation systems designed to conserve natural resources.

It is worth noting that the development site is located in the western part of Limassol, in a very attractive location. In the immediate vicinity are the sandy beaches of Lady's Mile and Salt Lake, and in the neighbourhood are My Mall and a large casino resort, City of Dreams Mediterranean, which has already opened its doors to visitors. The project is being realised in collaboration with leading architectural firms: HKS London, J+A Philippou, Stamataris Architects and Armeftis Partners. The construction companies are Cybarco Contracting, Atlas Pantou, Multipro and Zemco, under the general supervision of Lanitis Golf Public Co Ltd.
Limassol Greens is expected to be one of the flagships of the new lifestyle in Cyprus.
