A major project worth 500 million euros is making rapid progress.
This was announced by the developer on Thursday 28 November.
The first tower, the Poseidon Tower, is in the final stages of construction, and workers have also poured the foundations of the second high-rise, the Zeus Tower, indicating the dynamic development of the project.
It is worth mentioning that the complex is very popular among investors. Almost all the apartments in the residential buildings have been sold. There are only a few units left. It is interesting to note that among the buyers of the luxury flats, there is a significant number of people who work in new Cypriot and foreign companies that deal, among other things, with innovation and technology.
It should be remembered that Blu Marine Limassol is the first major development in the long neglected western part of Limassol.
The municipality has been making great efforts to modernise this area for a number of years. The Blu Marine Limassol project is set to become a true pearl of Limassol, a new European Riviera.
The project consists of 247 sea view apartments in three towers of 33, 29 and 5 storeys. Distinctive features of the complex will be: breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, spacious balconies, 24/7 concierge service, as well as a modern health centre and 200 m2 gym.
All residences at Blu Marine Limassol will be finished to a high standard. The apartments will be equipped with modern heating and air conditioning systems. Residents and guests will have access to above ground and secure underground parking. The total number of parking spaces will be 495. The fourth building will have 9 floors and will house shops and offices. The total area of the project will be 38,063 m2.
Blu Marine Limassol will offer a wide range of world-class services to maximise guest comfort.
These include a 24-hour concierge, management of owned and rented properties, housekeeping and security, as well as the ideal 'close and leave' option for investors or the option to offer ready-to-rent apartments.
The elevated podium overlooking the sea will house an impressive 50 metre infinity pool, beautifully landscaped gardens, gymnasium, café and lobby. Residents will have access to over 1,000m2 of luxury spa facilities, including treatment rooms, saunas and steam rooms, as well as a 25m indoor heated pool with natural light.
The construction of the project will contribute significantly to the strengthening of the Cypriot economy by creating new jobs in both the construction and service sectors.
