Larnaca Airport has been ranked among the top 20 best airports in the world by the British business website - Business Financing.
In particular, the Cypriot airport was placed on the honorable 13th place of the rating. At the same time, it became the fourth-best airport in Europe.
It is worth noting that the list was compiled based on the assessments of business travelers.
Interestingly, this year's ranking was topped by Hanoi's Noi Bai airport in Vietnam. In second place was Singapore's Changi Airport, and in third place - Hong Kong airport. In turn, the top three best airports in Europe were Helsinki Airport, Budapest Airport and Athens Airport.
Kuwait airport was recognized as the worst airport in the world. Next to it was Almaty Airport in Kazakhstan and King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. The three worst airports in Europe are: Charleroi Airport in Belgium, Brandenburg Airport in Germany, and Leeds Bradford Airport in the UK.
