A retirement village is to be built in the Nicosia district.
On Monday, May 15th, CEV CYPRUS ECO VILLAGE LTD submitted its new project, Komitis Eco Village, for consideration by the Department of Environment.
According to the release, the developer intends to build a large residential complex near the village of Peristerona. The building area will be 269,685 m2, and the project will include the construction of small houses with one or two bedrooms. All residential units will be built and finished to the highest standards, using excellent quality materials. Kitchens and bathrooms will be equipped with elegant, high-quality plumbing fixtures.
Those who decide to purchase homes during the construction phase will have the opportunity to work with an experienced architect to personalize the interior to their liking. Each building will have Class A energy efficiency, excellent heat and sound insulation, and double glazing. This will not only reduce the negative impact on the environment but also minimize the residents' electricity costs.
