The report provides data on all controlled districts in Cyprus and the largest transactions concluded in these categories: houses, apartments, shops, offices, land plots and fields.
Nicosia
As for the capital of Cyprus, the largest sales transactions of 2022 were mainly in the municipality of Nicosia. The price of the most expensive house that was sold in Nicosia last year was 1.505 million euros (4.7 thousand euros per 1 m2), apartment - 600 thousand euros (1.8 thousand euros per 1 m2), office - 1 .08 million euros (1.8 thousand euros per 1 m2), land - 2.16 million euros (260 euros per 1 m2), fields - 1.155 million euros (650 euros per 1 m2). At the same time, the most expensive store in Nicosia was sold in the municipality of Idalion - 1.080 million euros (1.8 thousand euros per 1 m2).
Limassol
In Limassol, the most expensive house and land plot in 2022 were sold in the municipality of Germasogeia - 5.99 million euros (26 thousand euros per 1 m2) and 3.010 million euros (560 euros per 1 m2). The contract for the most expensive apartment was signed in the community of Pyrgos - 3.36 million euros (14.5 thousand euros per 1 m2). The most expensive store and office were in the municipality of Limassol - 3.005 million euros (5.1 thousand euros per 1 m2) and 3.655 million euros (7.7 thousand euros per 1 m2). Finally, the most expensive field was purchased in Trachoni - 3.29 million euros (80 euros per 1 m2).
Larnaca
The largest purchase and sale transactions were mainly in the municipality of Larnaca. The price of the most expensive apartment that was sold last year was 1 million euros (3.41 thousand euros per 1 m2), store - 760 thousand euros (1.7 thousand euros per 1 m2), office - 490 thousand euros ( 2.2 thousand euros per 1 m2), land - 1.26 million euros (500 euros per 1 m2), field - 1.655 million euros (850 euros per 1 m2). At the same time, the most expensive house in Larnaca was sold in the municipality of Oroklini - 1.005 million euros (2.85 thousand euros per 1 m2).
Paphos
In Paphos, the most expensive house was sold in the municipality of Peyia - 6.005 million euros (13.1 thousand euros per 1 m2), an apartment and land in the community of Kouklia - 510 thousand euros (2.5 thousand euros per 1 m2) and 910 thousand euros ( 500 euros per 1 m2). In turn, the largest office deal was concluded in the municipality of Paphos - 1.21 million euros (3.55 thousand euros per 1 m2). Finally, the most expensive field was sold in Kissonerga - 6.05 million euros (50 euros per 1 m2).
