A new office tower called Triangle will be built in the Agios Athanasios area of Limassol. The construction of the building will be carried out by BH High Cross company. According to the release, BH High Cross intends to construct a 7-story tower with a height of 32.80 meters. The ground floor of the building will house the lobby and meeting rooms, while the six upper levels will feature offices. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of the building to generate electricity from renewable energy sources.
For the convenience of employees and clients, a spacious parking area with 79 parking spaces will be provided, including 5 spaces designated for people with disabilities. The total plot area for the development will be 3,650 square meters, and the total building area will be 4,069 square meters. Additionally, green areas will be created on a 136-square-meter territory within the premises.
Avalanti Tower in Limassol
The construction of a new tower in Limassol will be undertaken by the Ghelamco Group. The high-rise will be located near Limassol Marina, at the corner of Omonias and Franklin Roosevelt avenues. The business center will comprise 12 floors with a total area of 5,000 square meters. According to the schedule, construction works are set to commence in the first quarter of 2024, with the necessary construction permit already obtained.
13-story office tower in Limassol
Another commercial project that will adorn Limassol will be built in the Agios Athanasios area, on a land plot bordered to the north by Theofilou Georgiadis Street and to the south by Promachon Eleftherias Avenue. According to the environmental impact assessment presented to the Department of Environment, the estimated cost of the proposed development is approximately 20 million euros. The 13-story building will include a ground floor, mezzanine, and basement, along with 13 above-ground floors and three levels of parking (one at the ground level and two underground) providing a total of 336 parking spaces.
The Great Ocean Building in Limassol
The Great Ocean Building will become the new office building of the Municipality of Limassol. The 21-story building will be erected in the city center, at the intersection of Aktias and Alexandrias streets. The height of the commercial property will reach 80.9 meters. The ground floor of the building will house a lobby, a gym, and a cafeteria, while the spacious parking will occupy six above-ground levels, leaving the remaining floors for modern offices. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of the building to generate electricity from renewable energy sources. The surrounding area of the building will be landscaped, and underground parking is also included in the project.
Mandarin Park in Limassol
A luxurious high-rise will be built in the Germasogei area. The elite project named Mandarin Park will take the place of the abandoned Mairoza Hotel Apts, which has been vacant for many years. Instead of the ruins of the once-popular hotel in the tourist zone, the city residents will witness a modern 16-story building. According to the developer's release, the ground floor of the high-rise will accommodate offices and shops. The second and third floors will house a leisure area, including a gym, sauna, spa, and pool. The remaining floors will feature 36 modern luxury residential apartments, including two exquisite two-level penthouses. A spacious Roof Garden is planned on the rooftop of the building. The elite residence will also provide underground parking with 98 parking spaces. The surrounding area of the skyscraper will be landscaped, and a new children's playground will be installed nearby. The project is estimated to cost 16.3 million euros, and it will take approximately two years to complete.
The Cross Point in Nicosia
The 7-story building is located on Kallipoleos Avenue in the heart of the business center of the capital. The area boasts excellent infrastructure, with cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, and banks within walking distance of the business center. The ground floor of The Cross Point is equipped with shops and exhibition space. The remaining above-ground floors house comfortable offices, kitchens, toilets, covered verandas, and meeting rooms.
