The new modern complexes continue to be built in Paphos.
On Tuesday, April 23, the Department of Environmental Protection of Cyprus approved the project of the company Barzelia Ltd.
According to the department, the developer intends to build thirty 2-storey villas in Paphos. 11 of them will have their own swimming pool, and 5 - underground parking. Potential buyers will be offered a choice of houses with 2-,3- and 4-bedrooms.
The 15,887 m2 luxury residential complex will adorn the prestigious neighborhood of Peyia. Due to the extremely convenient location, the owners of the mansions will be able to quickly get to any part of the city and the airport. It should be mentioned that just 800 meters from the development site is the magnificent beach of Coral Bay.
The project will stand out against other buildings with its design and architecture. For the convenience of residents in the complex will equip two large public pools (one for adults and one for children) and a recreation area with a bar, toilets and playground.
One of the main advantages of villas in the new complex will be their functionality.
Every square meter of space in all villas will be used as efficiently and effectively as possible:
- The open-plan kitchen is ideal for both family socializing and friendly gatherings.
- In the living area you can relax on a soft sofa watching your favorite movies.
- The presence of several bedrooms will allow for privacy, rest, and proper sleep.
- A spacious veranda will be a great recreation area, where it is enough to put a table and a couple of chairs to enjoy the stunning Cypriot sunrise or sunset.
At the same time, a private parking space will be attached to each house.
The estimated cost of the project is €20 million and the timeframe for implementation is 24 months after obtaining all the necessary permits, as stated in the environmental study.
