Three commercial plots of 2.744 m2 which are currently used as parking, sold by the Bank of Cyprus for the amount of € 5.5 million to a foreign investor.
The parking lot is located right opposite the Ministry of Energy on Makariou Avenue and on Naxos Street in the center of Nicosia.
The property is located in a commercial area and allows the construction of three buildings of 10, 6, and 5 floors.
According to InBusinessNews, the buyer is a foreign investor of European origin, who intends to build a state-of-the-art Business Center.
It is worth noting that the Bank of Cyprus, although it had set a sale price of € 6.130.000, nevertheless locked the deal at € 5.500.000.
