Avolo Properties LTD company has plans to build and operate two 17-floors towels near Alyki in Larnaca.
These two towers for residential, office, and commercial use, which on the ground floor, first and second levels include art workshops and exhibition spaces, shops, offices, restaurants, and bars.
The total area of the plot is approximately 29518 m2. The cost of implementing the proposed project is estimated at 75 million Euros, which will be financed by a combination of own funds of the Development Agency and revenues from the pre-sale works of the residential apartments and offices.
The main goal of the project is to create a city within the city with upgraded urban uses and functions within the plot, which will directly contribute to the general upgrade of the wider area and various infrastructure in general.
Between the uses of these floors, a restaurant with a swimming pool on its roof acts as a bridge between the two towers (7th and 8th level).
The apartment will be located from 9th to the 17th floors and divided into studios (16), 1-bedroom (16), 2 bedrooms (54), 3 bedrooms (16)m, and 4 bedrooms (20). In the perimeter building infrastructure will be the exhibition spaces, the Gallery and laboratory stores, restaurants, and cafes with a height of 15 meters (three floors). The height of the development of the two independent towers will reach 75 meters.
Also, on the 1st basement, there are will be a wellness center.
It is estimated that the completion time of the proposed project will be 40 months, meaning that there will be no delays due to internal or external factors.
