In Cyprus, work has begun on the demolition of the former Beau Rivage hotel complex.
Every effort is being made to protect the natural environment, as well as not to burden neighboring tourist sites and businesses with any inconveniences.
It is planned to complete the demolition work within 3 months, after which the construction of a new large residential complex called Floating Scapes will begin on the site.
According to the release, a luxury hotel and villas will be built on a plot with a total area of 33.5 thousand m2.
The hotel will be in the shape of a ship and will have 9 floors. The last two floors will house residential apartments and penthouses. On the roof of the hotel there will be a garden with a restaurant, bar and swimming pool, and outdoor areas. All rooms and suites of the hotel will have an almost panoramic view of the sea. Front entry villas will be located on the lower level to provide unobstructed views from all of the hotel's main spaces and pools. On the basement floor there will be a large conference center and a spa and wellness center with a courtyard.
More than 1.5 thousand rooms will appear in the new tourist complex. About 500 people will be involved in the construction. After the commissioning of the complex, about 300 people will be employed.
The total cost of this project is estimated at 150 million euros.
In addition, NCH Capital Inc intends to implement another large project in the village of Pila near Larnaca - TROY.
The total building area will be 23 thousand m2. The complex will have 280 luxury apartments, as well as restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, swimming pools, a spa, a gym. All apartments in the new complex will have a fine designer finish, spacious balconies for relaxation, bright and comfortable rooms.
The exterior of Troy will impress everyone as it will be a true oasis. The emphasis of the designers was placed on a green, open and close to nature space. They did not forget about the youngest residents of the complex. There will be a separate pool for them with a water park-zone, playgrounds and a kids club.
The construction of the complex is scheduled for early 2022. According to the plan, the owners will receive the keys to their apartments in 2023.
