The Environmental Authority agreed with the construction of NAOC project in Larnaca, which issued on Friday, May 22.
The project concerns the construction and operation of two similar 12-floor buildings, - “Poseidon” and “Apollo”, mixed commercial and housing developments, at the location “Papautsoskiesies” at the southern end of Larnaca, at the contribution of Piale Pasha, about 200 meters northwest of Kastella beach.
The two underground levels and the first three levels which are planned for commercial developments of the two buildings, will be uniform, while from the fourth level onwards, where they will consist of residential developments, the two buildings will be separated from each other. On the third level of the buildings (single) there will be an outdoor swimming pool.
Each building will consist of 12 above-ground levels and a roof, about 46.5 m high and 47.5 m respectively, with two underground levels where mainly parking spaces will be formed. Implementation costs are estimated at €14 million.
