The approval for the construction of "HABITAT", owned by "PERISAND HOLDINGS LTD", was given by the Environmental Authority.
The project concerns the construction of two high-rise buildings with residential apartments, which is planned to be built in a piece in the parish of Agios Nikolaos of the Municipality of Larnaca.
Building A will consist of 10 floors, with a total height of 41 meters and building B will consist of 12 floors and will be 52 meters high. There will also be an underground level, with parking spaces.
Photovoltaic panels with a power of 140 KW will be installed on the roofs.
The total area of the plot under study is 8524 m2 and it is estimated that the project will cover an area of 1928 m2, and will have a built-up area of 8849 m2.
The rest of the project area includes road construction, outdoor parking, community equipment, and green spaces.
The estimated cost of the complex about €25 million. Completion time - June 2021.
