A new 5-story Hesperus Hotel will be constructed in Peyia, Paphos.
The Cyprus Department of Environment has approved, under certain conditions, the application of the developer Carducci Estates Co Ltd.
According to the release, the hotel will have 324 luxury rooms with 648 beds.
The spacious and comfortable rooms will be decorated in an elegant modern style and decorated in pleasant pastel colors, and the balconies will offer a magnificent panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The preliminary cost of the project is estimated at 40 million euros.

Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of the hotel, and a spacious parking for 222 parking spaces will be equipped on the lower level.
