The amount of €16 500 000 is requested according to insider information by Insider for the property that currently houses the department store of the CTC Group, ERA at the entrance of Makarios Avenue in Nicosia, the APS of Hellenic Bank.
The most expensive property that Hellenic Bank currently has in its portfolio is acquired in the restructuring of CTC loans.
The land's total area is 2,964 sq.m. and the covered areas of the buildings 5 232 m2.
Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc, based on its previous announcement, disposed of and transferred the property to Hellenic Bank on July 15 for €16 300 000.
The activity of this ERA department store will end at the end of February 2021.
