According to exclusive information from Insider, Gordian Holdings has reached an agreement with a Cypriot investor for the purchase and renovation of the Berengaria Hotel in Prodromos.
The deal reportedly closed close to € 2 000 000, and the buyer's intentions are expected to be known soon.
The abandoned Veregaria is now 83 years old and is located in the center of the village Prodromos in Limassol.
The abandoned Berengaria Hotel is located at an altitude of 1,400 meters and was built 90 years ago, in 1930, on land with a total area of 26 520 m2, with a frame made of a combination of stone and reinforced concrete and stone masonry.
The main building has an area of 4,500 m2 and consists of 80 rooms in 2 wings. In the eastern part of the plot, there is a 60-year-old guest house with an area of 280 sq.m. There is a cafe-restaurant with an area of 200 m2 and an outdoor pool in the northeastern part.
