The exclusive resort and residential complex Ayia Napa Marina has entered the next stage of implementation.
The developer TERNA has started the construction of two skyscrapers on its territory.
According to the idea, the cross-section of the high-rise buildings will have a T-shape. Each next floor of the towers relative to the previous one will be rotated by several degrees from west to east, which will create a dynamic effect.
The buildings will be 26 floors high. They will house 190 luxury apartments. The apartments have 10 types of layouts, and the total number of rooms in them varies from two to six. The upper floors are for full-floor penthouses.
It is worth noting that in parallel the construction of 35 luxury beachfront villas, which are part of the ambitious Ayia Napa Marina project, is coming to an end.
The project includes 3 projects of villas with private berths or beach access. Among them:
- A project of 12 villas on an artificial island with berths. Includes 3, 4 or 5 bedroom mansions. These unique homes are designed with large floor-to-ceiling windows to provide owners with natural light and stunning marina views. They are built to the highest aesthetic standards, with carefully thought-out interiors, excellent materials and equipment, which will provide owners with a comfortable indoor and outdoor life.
- Peninsula Marina Villas project of 12 villas. Comprising 3-bedroom mansions that occupy the eastern shore of the man-made peninsula, combine the convenience of beachfront accommodation with the freedom of sailing from a dock in the courtyard, providing unobstructed sea views. The large glass area of the villas and the modern open plan will allow their owners to literally let the surrounding nature into the house.
- Beach Villas project of 11 villas. Includes comfortable 3, 4 or 5 bedroom mansions. The complex occupies the western coast of an artificial peninsula. Villa owners have exclusive access to a magnificent sandy beach, created especially for the residents of the complex.
In addition, work continues on the creation of a shopping area, which includes: shops, restaurants, a 3-storey parking lot, space for various events, as well as a shopping center with a total area of more than 8000 m2.
As you may know, the new Ayia Napa Marina is the embodiment of the dreams and intentions of two partners - Cypriot businessman Gerasimos Karamondanes and Egyptian investor Naguib Sawiris. Construction of one of the country's largest infrastructure projects began in 2016.
Yachts up to 65 m in length can be anchored in the Ayia Napa Marina today.
Anchorage for vessels up to 10 m in length is provided on land, in a 4-level dry dock. The service of the new marina provides that the owner of each yacht will be able to check the fuel level, water and electricity consumption on his vessel online.
