Eurobank Cyprus' updated unified tariff and commission catalogue will come into effect on 3 November 2025. It is already available for review on the bank's official website. This is part of a programme to unify customer service conditions across the strategic partnership between Eurobank and Hellenic Bank.
Free transfers between Eurobank and Hellenic Bank accounts
From 1 September 2025, customers will be able to transfer funds between their Eurobank Cyprus and Hellenic Bank accounts free of charge, provided the transfer does not require currency conversion. Funds will be credited on the same day if the payment order is sent before the cut-off time.
Transfers are made via the most efficient data transfer channels: the SEPA system for euro payments and the SWIFT network for international transfers. This has significantly sped up settlements and made them more convenient for private and corporate customers.
Benefits for account holders at both banks
Customers served by both Eurobank Cyprus and Hellenic Bank are now exempt from Eurobank Cyprus's account maintenance fees. In addition, personal data only needs to be updated once for all accounts at both banks, eliminating the need to resubmit documents.
A new list of fees and commissions is available.
A unified list of rights and fees for Eurobank Cyprus customers will come into effect on 3 November 2025. It has been developed to simplify the fee policy and increase the transparency of services. The document has already been published on the bank's official website, allowing customers to familiarise themselves with the changes in advance.
According to banking sector experts, the unification of tariffs and free transfers between the two largest banks in Cyprus could be an important step towards creating a more integrated banking system in the country and increasing competition in the financial market.
