This year, the real estate agency is aiming to win in two categories: "Estate Agency 5-20 Offices" and "Marketing".
The results will be announced on 17 October 2024 at the London Marriot Grosvenor Hotel in London. It should be noted that only those companies and projects that have demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and competence in their field will be awarded first place in the competition's nominations.
Last year, DOM Real Estate won also in the category "Real Estate Agency 5-20 Offices", confirming its status as the best real estate agency in Cyprus. The International Property Awards have been recognising the world's most significant residential and commercial properties for over 25 years. Property developers and estate agents are also recognised. The awards are organised in stages. The winners of the first stage are crowned the best in their country. The competition is judged and the results monitored by an independent group of 80 highly qualified property professionals. The judges are members of the House of Lords, the upper chamber of the British Parliament.
