Another international recognition award has recently been given to Limassol Del Mar at the European Property Awards 2020.
The honorary mention in the Development Marketing category gives the Cypriot development project recognition of excellence. It rewards Limassol Del Mar for operating to the highest standards and erecting an exciting development that exudes prestige and prestige worldwide.
The European Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognized awards in the world. The institution is in its 27th year this year, while the jury of the awards consists of an independent team with more than 80 industry experts.
Limassol Del Mar is a Cypeir Properties Ltd consortium product, which consists of Leptos Group and D. Zavos Group, two of the largest construction companies in Cyprus.
It is a fact that Limassol Del Mar, from its inception until today, counts many distinctions, successes, and firsts since, in the past, it was honored with various awards such as, among other things, architecture and design. Continuing the successful course of sales from the day the first apartments were put on the market, the buying public's warm response continues to this day. On the one hand, this fact secured the amount for the complete construction of the project, and on the other hand, led to a vertical increase in sales, as a result of which few apartments are now available for sale since 80% of the project has been sold.
